We are proud of how our staff have responded to the challenges of the pandemic, but we recognise that there are services which have been impacted.

When our Resident Scrutiny Panel carried out a review of our performance, they concluded that our standards have been met as best as they could be. They identified areas for improvement around complaints handling, keeping you safe and tackling the higher numbers of antisocial behaviour and domestic abuse cases.

In July 2020, more than 800 residents took part in a survey about the impact of coronavirus and our future plans. Thank you to everyone who took part. Your feedback has helped us to plan ahead and to get in touch with those of you who asked for support with finances or getting connected.

If you did not take part in the survey, your feedback is always valued. Please contact us to give your views on how we have performed.

The full survey results summary is available on our website.
